Sometimes it is just not possible to get a good photograph of your pet. If, for instance, your pet has passed on and you never did get a good one, I will do my best to re-create the image of your pet using as many tools as I can. I will ask you about the breed and special characteristics, including their personality and most important, the special little features that make them who they are - a gimpy ear, a turn of the head, these are all important things to me as the Artist, in order to be able to give you as close a portrait of your loved one as possible. Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to me, as is the creation of as photorealistic portrait as possible.

My goal is always to make your portrait as photorealistic as possible.

	It all starts with a photograph ... In order to create a ‘photorealistic’ portrait for you, it is important that I have a good photograph to work from. I have put together some tips on how to create a good working photograph for this purpose. If you follow my tips below I should have all I need to create a great photorealistic portrait of your pet. WHAT MAKES THE PERFECT PET PORTRAIT? The perfect pet portrait is shot HEAD ON, with the dog looking straight at you, eye-to-eye. No over the head shot looking down on the dog! Get down on your knees and LOOK INTO YOUR PET’S EYES.
